| Opportunity Requirement | Eligible applicants must be non-profit organizations working in visual arts or media arts in British Columbia. Organizations must meet the following requirements: *Have received least three BC Arts Council grants since April 1, 2022 *Have received at least one Operating Assistance or Project Assistance grant related to Visual Arts or Media Arts Organizations *Provide arts and culture programming in British Columbia as a main activity *Have had eligible arts programming for at least one year before the application deadline Applications from organizations that do not meet these requirements will not be considered. Organizational Requirements Applicants must show they have professional standards and offer benefits to the community. Eligible organizations must: *Provide programs that help the public *Have experienced artistic curatorial, editorial and administrative leadership *Give fair pay to artists and arts workers *Follow rules about intellectual property *Respect cultural ownership rules *Meet the requirements of the Criminal Records Review Act *Have no overdue reports from previous BC Arts Council grants |
