Opportunity Description

The Congressional Internship Program is a paid internship offered by the Congressional Hispanic Caucus Institute during Summer and Fall. You can choose the program that fits your college schedule. As a CHCI intern you will meet leaders who are making a difference in the Latino community. They come from Capitol Hill, companies, non-profits and other organizations. For 40 years CHCI has been helping future Latino leaders succeed. The institute provides leadership development programs to equip Latino leaders with tools for success.

* You must be a full-time student working towards your undergraduate degree

* Recent graduates who graduated right before the program can apply

* For the Summer 2026 Program you must be enrolled time in Spring 2026

* For the Fall 2026 Program you must be enrolled time in Spring 2026 and/or Summer 2026

* You should have a GPA. 3.0 Or higher is preferred

* You should have leadership skills and a commitment to service

* Analytical and communication skills required

* If selected, you will need to provide proof of enrollment
