Personal Statement: Leadership, Development and My Commitment to Creating Lasting Change
I have always believed that sustainable development begins when individuals are empowered to identify problems within their communities and equipped with the knowledge, skills, and opportunities to create meaningful solutions. My academic and professional journey has therefore been guided by a strong desire to contribute to the development of my community while building the leadership capacity necessary to address complex social and economic challenges.
